The Office of the Pastor Level II
Level II equips pastors and ministers to establish biblically grounded structures, sustainable ministry systems, and governance clarity within the local church. Participants will develop ecclesial order, standards of ordinance, pastoral care boundaries, and equipping frameworks necessary for healthy, mature congregational leadership.
